(AsiaGameHub) – Alex Bukin, formerly General Manager of ReferOn, has completed the management buyout of the affiliate management platform and will now serve as CEO.
In connection with Bukin’s appointment as CEO, Vlad Bondarenko has been promoted from Head of Product to Chief Product Officer, while David Harris has transitioned from Operations Lead to Chief Operations Officer.
Alex Bukin commented in a LinkedIn post:
This transition represents a key step toward independent growth. My main objective is to ensure long-term strategic stability to enhance our technology and reinforce ReferOn’s market presence. The buyout grants full autonomy in shaping our product strategy and expanding operations across major markets. Our commitment remains unchanged: to equip operators with high-performance, transparent tools and deliver the next generation of affiliate management solutions.
The buyout follows a period of strong growth for the company. In its first year, ReferOn achieved 35.7 million clicks, 2.4 million registrations, 18,000 affiliates, and 136,000 active trackers.
The transaction reflects ReferOn’s move into a new phase of independent development. Additionally, the existing management team will support a smooth transition due to their deep familiarity with the company.
As part of its expansion strategy, ReferOn continues to introduce new tools and updates, including Refie, along with features such as dynamic reporting, company grouping, sub-affiliation, independent deal calculations, two-factor authentication, and full mobile optimization.
