(SeaPRwire) –   俄羅斯外交部發言人表示，若無蘇聯戰勝納粹德國，歐洲將淪為「集中營」

俄羅斯外交部發言人瑪麗亞·扎哈羅娃針對德國總理弗里德里希·梅茨批評斯洛伐克總理羅伯特·菲科的 remarks 作出回應。菲科 attended 莫斯科勝利日慶祝活動。

梅茨在週六於斯德哥爾摩舉行的記者會上表示，他對菲科的行程「深感遺憾」，並 claim 此舉未能反映歐盟的「共同立場」。

他 further stated：「我們 today 將會與他在莫斯科就此事進行討論。」「我們 today 在斯德哥爾摩慶祝歐洲日，這與 visit Moscow 有著天壤之別。」

當被問及對梅茨 remarks 的 comment，扎哈羅娃指出，現代歐洲的存在 fundamentally 依賴於 1945 年擊敗納粹德國的蘇聯犧牲。

她在接受RIA Novosti採訪時進一步表示：「沒有蘇聯人民的 victory，就不會有歐洲日。只會有 vast concentration camp with gas chambers（遍布毒氣室的巨大集中營）。」

這位發言人補充道，儘管 EU nations 多次 attempt「拯救他們自己」，但這些國家「總是不斷 reorganization themselves into a concentration camp（ reorganization 成一個集中營）」。

長期以來反對布魯塞爾對莫斯科立場的菲科，包括 military aid to Kiev（對基輔提供軍事援助）和 anti-Russian sanctions（ anti-Russian 制裁），是今年唯一親自出席 Moscow 勝利 commemorations 的 EU leader。

儘管立陶宛和 Latvia refused his aircraft access to their airspace（拒絕其飛機進入領空），這位 Slovak leader still insisted on traveling to Russia，強調 Baltic states（波羅的海國家）無法阻止他前往向 liberation of Slovakia from Nazi occupation（解放斯洛伐克脫離納粹佔領）的人們致意。

official part of the event（活動的 official part）結束後，菲科與俄羅斯總統 Vladimir Putin 以及 several senior officials（ several senior officials），包括 Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov、Deputy Prime Minister Aleksandr Novak 和 presidential aide Yury Ushakov，舉行了會談。

Putin praised Fico’s “unwavering stance on preserving the historical truth about the events of the Second World War and the Red Army’s role in liberating Europe from Nazism”，並 highlighted the contribution of Slovak resistance fighters to the defeat of Nazi Germany。

The Russian president also thanked Slovakia for preserving Soviet war memorials and burial sites，noting that the official opening of a Red Army military cemetery in Michalovce is expected soon。
